1. First come first serve basis.
  2. Only serious buyers; no BACKOUTS or EXCHANGE after invoice been sent to you. BACKOUT BUYERS will be BLACKLISTED. 
  3. It is acceptable if you change your mind. Nevertheless, if you do not want to purchase the particular item, please do send us an email to cancel the order. You will not be blacklisted then.
  4. Buying is at your own risk.
  5. Items are 100% in new and great condition.
  6. Price is FIXED. We try to give our best in terms of pricing and services.
  7. Items sold are not refundable & exchangeable; EXCEPT for defect or wrong delivered      items. Items MUST be returned and reach our doorstep in 6 days (for retail buyer) after customer received the item 12 days (for wholesale buyer). If failed to so, no refund will be given.
  8. Colours in the pictures might be slightly different from the real products because of the monitor setting or lighting factors. Therefore, we will state the actual colour of the products.
  9. M2u/IBG user:
    Whether u put our email address or not, attach print screen of successful transaction is COMPULSORY.
    Those who Transfer/Bank In via Cash Deposit:
    Please snap a picture of receipt / scan receipt and attach to email. 
  10. Shipping fee is not included. Please take note that there will be a minimal charge of the shipping fee depending on the weight of the items and location of postage.
  11. We will be using Poslaju Malaysia. Postage to destination within Peninsular Malaysia costs about RM7 for first 500g and RM3 for next 250g and to Sabah/Sarawak costs about RM10 for first 500g and RM4 for next 250g.
  12. Please ensure that your shipping address location has someone in during daytime  as Poslaju requires signature upon delivery. If not, they will drop the parcel at the nearest Poslaju office and you will have to collect it yourself there.
  13. Once you have received the goods, kindly send an email and notify us. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, we will assume that you have already received the goods.
  14. Chenta  Qaseh will not be held responsible for any delay on shipment done by Pos Malaysia/PosLaju. For any concern on your tracking details and your parcel whereabout, you need to contact your local Poslaju office or simply call their hotline at 1-300-300-300 (Malaysia) or 603 – 27279100 (Overseas).
  15. Our office hours is Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 6.00pm.
